- The International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) is a center of excellence in educational research and Islamic thought whose main interest is on carrying out evidence-based research in advancing education in Muslim Societies and the dissemination of this research through publication and translation, teaching, policy recommendations, and strategic engagements.

- IIT Roorkee ranks 8th for engineering by NIRF while IIIT Hyderabad is ranked 43rd by NIRF and IIT Hyderabad 17th.
